Home buyers can get pre-approved for an ANZ home loan within about five minutes by filling in an online form. Pre-approval for an ANZ Loan is an estimate of your borrowing capacity only.

Pre-approval does not constitute a quote or an offer or acceptance of credit by ANZ. This pre-approval is based on the accuracy of information provided.

To apply for an ANZ Loan, an application form must be completed. All applications for credit are subject to ANZ's normal credit approval criteria.

ANZ pre-approval cannot be used to purchase a property at auction.
