If you are an existing mortgage holder with one of the banks who transfers to Queenslanders Credit Union you can have the usual Establishment Fee of $595 waived plus you'll also receive $500 cashback from Queenslanders.

The Original Home Loan is a basic, variable rate home loan offering a low interest rate of 6.13%p.a. (6.17%p.a. comparison rate), no penalties for additional repayments, the option of a redraw facility.

You can borrow up to 95% of the value/purchase price of your chosen property and, if the property is your principal place of residence, your Original Home Loan will be free of any ongoing monthly fees.

Queenslanders support online applications. You don't have to be an existing customer to use the online application system.
