What Personal Information do we Collect?
We collect personal information about you and/or your family, where applicable, when you apply for or purchase a product offered on www.infochoice.com.au or when you enquire about or purchase a product or service offered by one of our businesses via our contact centre. Where possible, we will collect personal information directly from you, or from a person authorised by you.

We may use or disclose your personal information to: any of our companies, our participating insurers, professional advisers, service providers, payment systems operators and financial institutions, and organisations authorized by us to conduct promotional, research or marketing activities.
In some circumstances we are entitled to disclose your personal information to third parties without your authorization such as law enforcement agencies or government authorities.
Correction and Access to your information
We aim to ensure that the personal information collected, used or disclosed is accurate, complete and up-to-date. We will take reasonable steps to ensure this occurs. You will not be charged for accessing your information, although we might have to charge the reasonable cost of processing your request, including photocopying, administration and postage.
