NAB the favourite big bank of customers

The latest Roy Morgan Research consumer banking customer satisfaction survey, released yesterday, shows ANZ’s ratings falling 4.1 percentage points over the three months to May.

National Australia Bank leads the big banks with a rating of 78.1 per cent, down 20 percentage points over the past three months.

Commonwealth Bank has a rating of 77.3 per cent – unchanged over three months. Westpac has a rating of 74.6 per cent – down 1.2 percentage points over three months.

Among all the financial institutions in the survey, Victoria Teachers Mutual Bank has the highest retail customer rating, at 94.8 per cent, followed by Teachers Mutual Bank (in NSW), with a rating of 92.2 per cent.
