25/06/2012
ANZ'S move to “break up” with the Reserve Bank of Australia and set interest rates independently has seen its approval rating fall among business customers according to DBM Consultants' monthly Business Financial Services Monitor.
The results show that ANZ scored 6.8 out of 10 in May down from a satisfaction rating of 6.9 in April. Westpac and the Commonwealth both remained steady at 7.3 and the NAB rose a point to 7.
