Ansett raise the level of inflight food service
Ansett Australia passengers travelling on domestic routes will now receive a higher standard of inflight food service.
Ansett will now offer more substantial servings of contemporary brasserie style cuisine in both business class and economy. On flights of three hours or more, economy passengers will be presented with menus and have a choice of meals.
Some airlines have decided to streamline inflight services by not serving meals but offering customers the choice to buy snacks if desired. Ansett believe their customers want a higher level of service, value for their dollar and the quality of food and wine is a high priority.
