ANZ shifts credit focus

ANZ Banking Group's credit card division has launched a series of humourous television commercials to promote their new product, focusing on credit card security rather than interest rates and fees. The ad promoting the Falcon security system and the computer chip embedded cards has generated an immediate response with consumers. ANZ also replaces lost or stolen credit cards within 48 hours, another non-price based product feature that they will be advertising in the campaign.
