Are all lenders raising rates for investors?

Three months ago the Big Four banks imposed out-of-cycle rate rises and stricter loan criteria on investors because banking regulators capped investment loan growth at 10 per cent per year.

86 per cent of investors borrow through the big four banks, however there are other options.

Half of all Australian mortgage lenders have not hiked investor rates. The half of all lenders that have raised rates have imposed an average rate hike of 0.25 percentage points.
