Banks customers whinge but won’t switch

A survey of bank customers by the website suggests they're less likely to switch to a competitor than in any other industry. Although a large number of the respondents complained about financial institutions such as banks, only 52 per cent said they would change. The comparable figure for credit card providers was 68 per cent. Notgoodenough founder Fiona Stewart said this was attributable to the difficulty consumers have in switching their personal and business accounts from one financial services provider to another.
