Blame the others too says NAB

The ACCC and the National Australia Bank met in court yesterday after talks between the two parties regarding bank interchange fees failed. The ACCC has accused all banks of price fixing but NAB has been the only bank to disagree to an “authorisation” of their fees resulting in legal action. In court, NAB claimed that if its bid to have the ACCC’s case struck out failed, it would attempt to include the other banks in the legal action.
