Commbank customers not satisfied

Commonwealth Bank is now less popular with its customers than Westpac. Since its oversized rate rise in November 2010, the CBA’s customer satisfaction rating has fallen sharply.

An average of 56.5 per cent of the CBA's home loan customers said they were satisfied with their relationship with the bank in November and December – the lowest level in five years – and down from almost 74 per cent in the six months to October.

CBA was ranked second behind ANZ for overall customer satisfaction throughout 2010 but has now fallen behind Westpac.
