Commbank hands ‘least popular bank’ title to NAB
St George Bank is in danger of losing its' distinctive position at the top of bank customer satisfaction ratings according to the latest Roy Morgan survey of bank customers. St George's customer satisfaction rating is currently 0.8 per cent ahead of ANZ and 3.9 per cent ahead of Westpac (compared to 6.3 per cent 12 months ago). Commonwealth Bank is no longer the least popular major bank, having overtaken NAB thanks to a significant improvement in the satisfaction rating of its' home loan customers. There was a 6.3 per cent decline in the satisfaction score of NAB's home loan customers.
