Commbank to market simple legal services

Commonwealth Bank is marketing legal services (such as wills Australia-wide) and conveyancing (in Western Australia only) with Clayton Utz. The website for eCommlegal says that “clients who want relatively straightforward legal documents can create them online anywhere any time they want using the latest in document automation technology” though this seems to apply, at present, only to wills. The bank will charge a customer $50 for a will generated wholly online, twice that for a will reviewed by a paralegal, and three times that when the customer seeks phone support. The bank also charges between $500 and $2,500 for estate planning services.
