Do you access your bank account via mobile app?
Australian bank account holders want their mobile banking apps to recognise them via fingerprint, voiceprint or facial analysis, rather than by username and password.
According to a report by Telstra, consumers no longer believe passwords are safe.
Less than 50 per cent of consumers surveyed are “very satisfied” with current password systems.
Four out of five said they wanted improvements in security for their apps.
