Fewer Aussies are falling behind on repayments

The number of Aussies who are behind on their mortgage repayments remains very low and seems to be getting lower.

Moody's reported delinquencies in excess of 30 days for Australian prime residential mortgage loans was at 1.48 per cent in February, a minor change on January's 1.45 per cent.

Last year Moody’s reported a 1.60 per cent delinquency rate in February.
