NAB shifts focus to business and personal

NAB customers may face longer branch waiting times as the bank plans to axe customer service jobs as part of its wide ranging restructure and downsizing of costs. 113 full-time branch jobs will go, 75 or them in NSW where the bank is overhauling its operations. Sixty jobs will be created in its small to medium business banking division and another sixty in the personal banking division.
