A new report from the UK conducted by the Stewart Inquiry states that a ‘precautionary approach to the use of mobile phone technologies be adopted until much more detailed and scientifically robust information on any health effects becomes available'. The report also suggests that children not make unnecessary calls on mobiles and that those living near base stations are not at risk.
