Property Investors take note!!
Bank of New Zealand has recently re-launched a 12 month pre-paid interest, fixed rate loan for 6.10% aimed at property investors wanting to structure their borrowings to achieve maximum taxation and financial advantage.
There are a number of advantages of this type of loan; the most pertinent being that an investor is able to claim the interest expense benefit this financial year.
It may seem a long time away, but the end of the financial year will be upon us shortly.
