Rabobank easier to access
Rabobank has moved to improve service options for its customers by partnering with Australia Post. The deal will allow the bank's business customers to use more than 1300 Australia Post outlets nationwide to conduct their banking in addition to its 49 branches. Rabobank's general manager for rural Australia said that the partnership “gives Rabobank's clients – many of whom live in remote rural locations – the convenience and flexibility of being able to visit selected Australia Post outlets to conduct their business banking transactions through Bank@Post”. Customers with Rabobank's primary All In One account, who do not want to use internet or mail to do their banking, will be able to perform cash and cheque deposits, withdrawals and obtain account balances.
