‘Safe text’ for mobiles
Virgin Mobile is about to launch a “safe text” guide for SMS users, aimed at avoiding hand and finger injuries for people who are heavy users of the messaging system.
The “textercises” include shoulder shrugs, finger spreads and neck muscle stretches, for use before and after texting. The safe text guide was developed in the UK with the help of medical experts and aims to help SMS users avoid repetitive injuries, aches and muscle cramps. It will be released in Australia this year.
