Some customers will miss out on NAB’s repayments

National Australia Bank has agreed to settle a class action law suit and repay a total of $6.6 million to thousands of credit card customers who were charged high late payment and other penalty fees.

The Consumer Action Law Centre has called on NAB to include those customers who were not able to register for the class action due to illness, disability or older consumers who were less likely to be aware of the requirement to opt in to the class action.
