According to BIS Shrapnel, the Sydney property market will see only minor improvement in prices to June 2009 as affordability dictates that any capital growth will further reduce demand, therefore capping future capital gains. BIS Shrapnel believe that long term growth in Sydney will be constrained to between 5-6 per cent for a 3 bedroom house or around 3 per cent over the inflation rate.
