Tweed changes name after Axa threat

David Tweed has changed the name of the company he registered in April as National Mutual after threats of legal action by Axa Asia Pacific. Axa, formerly National Mutual, was concerned that Tweed would use the name to approach its shareholders again with a below-market offer for their shares. The new name is Investor Services, also a name that could generate confusion among shareholders about who Tweed represents.
