Westpac tops business customer ratings

Business customers were less satisfied with their banks in August, according to the latest DBM Business Financial Services Monitor (BFSM).

Of the four major banks, Westpac rated the highest despite a decrease in satisfaction from 7.4 points to 7.3.

Commonwealth Bank followed on 7.2 (steady), ANZ on 7.0 (down 0.1) and National Australia Bank on 6.9 (steady).

The average level of satisfaction fell from a record high of 7.2 points in July to 7.1 in August.
