Which bank is Australia’s favourite big bank?

Customer satisfaction among the big four banks is “historically high” according to Roy Morgan Research.

The customer satisfaction scores of the big four banks averaged 80.9 per cent in October 2015, down 0.3 per cent from September 2015.

Commonwealth Bank remained the “clear leader” among the big four banks, with a consumer satisfaction rating of 82.4 per cent. NAB was second with satisfaction levels of 81 per cent. Westpac’s satisfaction levels were 79.7 per cent and ANZ scored 78.6 per cent.
