Which lenders are not passing on the full RBA rate

ME has decided to pass on only 0.05 percentage points of last week's 0.25 percentage point cut in the cash rate because of rising costs. ME said its reference home loan interest rate was still lower than the rates of the major banks. AMP Bank cut its standard variable rate by 0.20 percentage points. ANZ, Bendigo Bank and Suncorp have also not passed on the full rate cut.
