Why are young people satisfied with their bank?

Young women with low incomes are generally satisfied with their bank according to a recent survey.

However consumers can become less satisfied over time. Australians aged 45 to 54 years and earning more than $180,000 per year are the least satisfied group of bank customers.

Some experts speculate that as consumers get older and have more banking products, they are more likely to compare deals and switch banking providers.
