Aussie Post denies banking ambitions

Australia Post will not be rushing to enter the banking market and compete in lending with the big four banks despite recruiting former head NAB Australia, Ahmed Fahour, to be its new CEO.
Mr Fahour said taking on the big four was not on his priority list. “[Australia Post] is an iconic company with a strong brand. Like banking, it services a vast array of customers every day,” said fahour.
