CommBank aims to be your favourite bank

Commonwealth Bank aims to dominate customer satisfaction rankings and increase its share of business lending.

CEO Ian Narev yesterday outlined a plan to use new technology to win over customers. Key elements of Mr Narev's plan include a focus on technology to drive productivity, continued growth in business banking, and becoming No. 1 in customer satisfaction among the big four.

The latest figures from Roy Morgan Research show CBA is third-placed in customer satisfaction ratings, although it is closing in on second-ranked ANZ.
