Commbank wants happier customers

Commonwealth Bank wants more happy customers and to sell more products to each customer. CBA regularly rates lower than other banks in customer satisfaction surveys. CEO Ralph Norris says the banks' New Zealand subsidiary ASB had about double the number of products sold per customer as Commbank did. Norris said he aimed to take customer satisfaction with the bank from around 60 per cent to 80 – 90 per cent.
