Banks customers more content with big banks

The quarterly Financial Institution Customer Monitor report from Nielsen Media Research showed that the average percentage of customers of the four major banks who were very or quite satisfied increased by 2.4 percentage points to 77.9 per cent. The rise came off the lowest base in three years. ANZ maintained its place atop the big four, with 87.9 per cent of customers satisfied. NAB came second at 78.7 per cent, beating Westpac's 78 per cent. CBA remained at the bottom of the ranking, with 75.1 per cent of customers satisfied.
