Who is using your info to apply for credit cards?

Identity fraud is at record levels according to credit reporting agency Veda Advantage. More people than ever before are asking Veda to lock the credit information details that are requested by lenders to assess credit applications. They are doing this because they have discovered fraudsters are making credit applications in their name. Common products that fraudulent applications are used for include credit cards, welfare benefits, passports, and mobile phone contracts.
